The scale of the project was sizeable, with around 123 VMs, 500 vCPUs, 2Tb of RAM and 100Tb of data to migrate over to Secura’s VPC platform, with an ambitious target of just 16 weeks to deliver it.
The Secura team worked closely with GroupBC to develop a structured migration plan to deliver the project on time and with as little impact to customer services as possible.
