Secura are delighted to announce that our work with our partner Opengear, has won the Network Project of the Year (Private Sector) at this year’s Network Computing Awards.
The awards, run by Network Computing magazine, recognise exceptional achievement and innovation within the networking industry over the last year.
This year’s awards ceremony was held at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London on 30th March, and the team from Opengear were there to accept the award.
The ‘Project of the Year (Private Sector)’ award was voted for by a panel of independent judges and the win recognises Opengear and Secura’s work to put in place effective out-of-band infrastructure management, increasing our operational efficiency.
Secura worked closely with Opengear to complete the SmartOOB networking project, deploying a number of their CM7100 console servers into our three data centre sites.
