This achievement evidences Secura’s continued compliance with industry recognised standard for IT Service Management (ISO 20000), Quality Management (ISO 9001) and Information Security Management (ISO 27001) certifications, inclusive of the ISO 27017 Cloud Services certification.
This audit was made more challenging than most, with the team working remotely with the auditors to validate Secura’s processes, procedures and documentation.
We have held these certifications continually since 2014 and we’re delighted to have them ratified again in 2020. The standards offer our customers and prospects immediate reassurance that our internal procedures, processes, support and service are secure, robust and efficient.
The ISO Accreditations
The International Organisation for Standardisation’s (or ISOs) review includes a full and in-depth audit of all Secura’s processes and practices by a recognised awarding body. Such audits ensure compliance with the standards is being maintained, helping to continually improve our services, enhance our performance and build customer confidence.
ISO 20000 IT Service Management is the international IT service management (ITSM) standard that ensures all ITSM processes are aligned with the needs of a business and international best practice.
Service quality has been instrumental to Secura’s success over the years. The ISO 20000 accreditation substantiates our commitment to quality service management, and demonstrates that Secura has the appropriate systems and management processes in place to support reliable, quality service delivery throughout each stage of the service life cycle.
ISO 27001 Information Security Management is one of the world’s foremost certifications for information protection and security.
This certification formalises Secura’s commitment to comprehensively managing the security of the information and data we hold, as well as implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to keep our customer’s IT assets safe and secure.
ISO 9001 Quality Management is a standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system based on principles including a strong customer focus, implication of top management and continual improvements.
Secura has successfully demonstrated that our management system continually monitors and manages quality across the business to ensure any areas that require improvement are addressed promptly and quality solutions and services are delivered to our customers.
