We are pleased to announce that Secura have recently been awarded the ISO 20000 accreditation, the industry recognised standard for quality in IT service management.
Along with our two other ISO certification awards (9001 and 27001, it was a busy few months in the Secura office!) the 20000 accreditation is a clear indication of the overall security and quality of the internal processes we have in place within the business.
Service quality has always been a key factor in Secura’s success over the last 13 years and the requirements of the ISO 20000 accreditation formalises this commitment to top quality service management and support.
It puts in place processes and development paths that ensure quality of service delivery at every stage of the service lifecycle. An annual audit then provides the control measures that means this delivery remains top notch.
During every audit Secura must demonstrate that the appropriate systems and management processes remain in place to support reliable, quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Service management held to such high standards promotes practices that contribute significantly to the stability of customer’s IT infrastructure and improves their overall satisfaction with their support experience.
A big thanks to all those members of the Secura team who have worked very hard before, during and after the audits. The audits are all consuming and particularly so when you have three to complete in very close succession. Well done!
