Founded in 2004, Europlus Direct has rapidly built up a large global client base. In order to support these businesses effectively, Europlus Direct have offices in the UK, USA and Australia, as well as a network of over 300 distributors and 700 business partners. This network combined with their team of 40 dedicated account managers who speak over a dozen languages, means they are able to provide their customers with rapid, expert support when they need it most.
As certified Lenovo specialists and with an outsourced sales and marketing operation for IBM Global Services, they are able to offer customers a comprehensive service of in-warranty and post-warranty upgrades, service maintenance contracts and software services.

Several of the new Europlus applications are customer-facing and transactional, it was vital that the hosting infrastructure supporting it was highly secure and offered robust performance and availability.
The Secura Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) is architected in-line with security best practice reference architecture and is delivered from multiple Tier 3+, ISO 270001 accredited data centre facilities based in the UK, offering the Europlus team the assurance that their application and customer data is secure and protected.
Robust, reliable performance is delivered by infrastructure with no single points of failure and VMware vSphere automatic failover if a Virtual Machine (VM) in their cluster should develop an issue. Resources on the VPC are uncontended and rapidly scalable, ensuring the Europlus application always has the RAM, storage I/O and CPU it needs to perform optimally, with the ability to quickly increase them during busy periods or as the applications’ user base grows.
