Customer Survey Draw Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions for the £50 Amazon voucher draw for all respondents who complete our monthly customer survey.

If you’re a customer and you have not received the survey yet, please let us know at servicedesk@secura.cloud.

The winner will be drawn at random on the last day of each month and notified by email. The draw is governed by the terms and conditions detailed below:



The Terms and Conditions

  • You must be aged 18 or over
  • Maximum one entry per person
  • The closing date for entry into the prize draw is 5pm on the final working day (Monday – Friday) of each calendar month
  • This prize draw is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Secura or any of its subsidiaries
  • No purchase necessary. Entry into the prize draw is automatic providing you fully complete the customer survey before the draw closes
  • Secura will use an independent and impartial third party service to select a winner at random from a list of persons who have entered the draw
  • The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
  • You can find out who has won this prize draw retrospectively by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Secura, Customer Survey Prize Draw, Rosanne House, Parkway, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL8 6AH and stating which month’s results you want information on
  • By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Secura may require
  • The prize will not be transferable to another person
  • The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize
  • Secura will endeavour to contact the winner immediately once the draw is completed. If the winner cannot be reached after 5 attempts via email, the draw will take place again
  • We will not disclose any of your personal data externally and it will be handled in-line with our customer privacy notice
