May the 4th has become a fully-fledged sci-fi fans holiday, known as Star Wars Day; May the Fourth be with you!
So, to celebrate May the 4th, our biggest Star Wars fans at Secura are sporting some on-theme t-shirts from our customer TruffleShuffle, as well as holding a themed bake sale to raise money for our partner charity, London’s Air Ambulance, and demonstrate our love of a galaxy far, far away.
Today, Secura’s ever-stylish team are wearing an assortment of TruffleShuffle’s finest Star Wars tees in an array of retro, vintage and modern styles from the retro online retailers’ extensive collection.
Our selection features some of the franchise’s best-known characters including Luke Skywalker, Chewie, Boba Fett, Darth Vader, Yoda and of course, a couple of Porgs.
The Secura team have pulled it out of the bag again with a dazzling array of show-stopping bakes. Take a look at some of the out of this world treats we were lucky enough to try!
And it does appear that the temptation of cookies and other sweet treats have lured a lot of Secura team members over to dietary The Dark Side, as the Londons Air Ambulance collection tin is already looking very full indeed, helping towards out £5000 target!
We’re very proud to support our partner charity, London’s Air Ambulance, who deliver advanced trauma teams to critically injured people in and around London.
After raising an outstanding total of £15,587.72 for London’s Air Ambulance in 2017, our partnership with this incredible charity is continuing throughout 2018 as we look to new challenges to help fundraise and raise awareness.
