This week, to help everyone in the office get into the festive spirit and to raise money for our partner charity, London’s Air Ambulance, we held a Christmas bake sale using a selection of bakeware from our customer, Betterware, to create Christmas themed delicacies.
The Secura team (not usually known for their baking prowess) donned their aprons and oven gloves to create some delicious, festive bakes. The tempting treats included:
The bake sale started on Thursday morning and by the afternoon, there was lots of empty plates, a full collection box and guilt-ridden but content Secura staff!
It was great to see that the team’s valiant baking efforts paid off and we raised £87.22 for London’s Air Ambulance charity!
We’re very proud to support our partner charity, London’s Air Ambulance, who deliver advanced trauma teams to critically injured people in and around London.
This year so far, we’ve raised a total of £15,587.72 for this incredible charity through our Three Peaks Challenge, office bake sale and Christmas bake sale. Our partnership with London’s Air Ambulance will continue in 2018 and we will be striving to exceed our fundraising efforts for this year.
