Job Specification: Experienced Telemarketing Executive

Salary: £20,000 OTE – £30,000

The Role

The Telemarketing Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads for Secura’s cloud solutions using outbound sales calls, emails and social selling as appropriate, to ensure a regular flow of sales-ready opportunities to the wider commercial team.

We’re looking for candidates who want to make an active contribution to the wider commercial success of the business and you will be working closely with marketing to contribute your experience and ideas to campaigns, assist in identifying potential target segments, researching accounts as well as taking responsibility for sourcing your own prospects to supplement and direct your call lists.

The role offers a generous base salary and an uncapped commission structure based on the number of appointments generated, with additional commission available upon hitting and exceeding annual lead and revenue targets.

Quarterly promotions and targeted campaigns also offer additional bonus incentives to make this role particularly attractive for motivated and committed sales people.


Responsibilities:

  • To develop a clear understanding of Secura’s cloud solutions and services
  • To contribute to marketing campaign planning, execution and follow-up
  • To research, develop, manage and maintain a prospect database
  • To generate appointments for the commercial and technical teams
  • Nurturing prospects that don’t currently meet lead-ready criteria
  • Warm lead follow-up
  • Attend client meetings and events as appropriate


The Candidate

  • Previous telemarketing experience with a proven track record of success
  • A professional and consultative approach
  • The ability to build relationships with business leaders/decision makers
  • Commercial awareness, with excellent communication skills
  • A team player looking to take on more responsibility
  • Able to use initiative, work autonomously and contribute ideas
